Example : i have albums with Genre : "New Retro wave", and some other with : "New Retro Wave ; Synthwave" ; "New Retro Wave ; Dark Synth" Right now, in the Genres tab, this appears to be 3 categories but i'd like Synthwave and Dark wave to be sub genres list of the main New Retro Wave. It's a cool idea, but since music metadata providers don't typically provide nested genres, folks would have to manually add them in, so I don't think we can make that a priority.
