Multi release/Multi named album organization

I'm have been going through my music library and tagging, renaming and organizing my collection.

I have bought multiple versions of some album like deluxe editions with additional or different tracks and some bands name their albums the same. For example Weezer has a red, blue and green album that are all called Weezer. What patterns do people use for folders to keep them separate do people keep them separate?

I tend to do it like this:

Weezer [Green Album]
Album Name [Deluxe Edition]

But I don't believe that there's really a standard that everyone uses. The above is the closest thing I've found to a standard, I guess. I use the same syntax in the album name tag as well as the folder name.
